Meiru: Notes #2 - Vicious Cycle

After venting my load and got advice, I thought that I could keep my anxiousness level at the minimum
I tried to prepare for these last couple of weeks

And then, someone said that and another brings some news.

Oh no... 
I'm afraid that I would freeze again
I'm afraid that my fear is fueling it 
I don't want those vicious cycle started again
